You have seen them in sci-fi movies and occasionally on images of futuristic vehicles, but have you got an understanding oF how motorized monocycles actually work? We thought we’d help by creating a project fully dedicated to it. CYCLONE is an extremely fun machine to make and with it you can learn the fascinating (and a bit crazy…) dynamics of one-wheeled vehicles. This project includes some advanced design features such a heavy-duty on/off switch and a two-piece spherical roller printed as a single part. With it we teach you how to compute the “Centre of Mass” (CM) and its importance in the motion of bodies like CYCLONE

THE CENTER OF MASS
A one-wheel vehicle like CYCLONE works due to the physics happening about its center of MASS. By visiting the project link, make sure to hit the "LEARN" tab and dig into the engineering details making this possible!
