A 60% scale version of the 3D Printable Jet Engine by CATIAV5FTW. I printed the full size version first, but it is so large, I wanted a smaller version to give to a friend as a gift. I resized the pieces and adjusted them to use the same hardware screws as the original model, but smaller bearings. Only the modified files are included, the rest can be downloaded from the original post.

The bearings are 10x22x6mm and 12x28x8mm (6001) that were purchased off of ebay.

Used PLA for all of the parts except for the cowling, which I printed in PETG for improved layer adhesion and strength. I used a 0.2mm nozzle at 30mm/s to improve tolerances and print quality.

I remixed the cowling from KameelAnirood's model to print without supports or any extra plastic. I also designed it to attach with pins to itself and the model, but the pins proved hard to insert, so instead used screws to align it and glued it in place.
