This is an undiscovered LeoCad file, not found on any website I know of.

The lego dinosaur is one of the older designs and unscaled. Please note that it does need some work with where the tail comes into the body? I noticed that there were no holes for the tail to click into or move? But the rest of the piece is fine.

I Netfabb'd the files to correct them for any problems- when sliced I didn't see any (other than the above) My printer is broken at the moment so I can't check if this print would work thus the working progress bit...

If someone could find out the actual size of the real piece and post it on here then that would be useful for anyone wanting to print out their own T rex. (On this scale the piece would be 35cm long, 8cm wide and 18cm high and use about half a kilo of material, And you would have to print it out diagonally to make it fit)

I included both obj. and stl. files plus a bonus of a baby dino version as well.

Enjoy and please let me know how well it prints out.

How I Designed This

How i made the files.

LeoCad has many unreleased files of bits and pieces- i found an undiscovered complete file of an older version of a T rex dinosaur within the software.
I simply downloaded the obj. files and converted them to stl. format, next i Netfabb'd them and that corrects any problems (fixed) and posted them on here.
I'm sorry that the pieces are unscaled as i don't have the actual bits at home to measure from. The software conversion can rescale parts a bit on the large side- so feel free to experiment. Again if anyone can post the actual sizes that would be helpful.

Please note i didn't design this and the tail hole on the body doesnt have any holes for the pin bits on the tail to click into...see file when you slice it. (sorry about that)
