I wanted to 3D print a Mini Cooper but found no models on Thingiverse. Finding a model was quite challenging, but after a while of digging I found a video game that offered a few 3D models to show how good they were. I was able to download them, and after a series of conversions and a lot of software, primarily Meshmixer, I was able to separate what I wanted from the wheels and the body. I had to decrease the resolution a bit because it was over 300,000 triangles, the maximum for Tinkercad, but I did it in unimportant spots. Then I simplified the wheels, and made an axle system that should work fine. I made the bottom flat so it could print, so part of the bumper is gone.
You may need to scale it down for your printer but the axle should still work, there is a lot of clearance. I will print it ASAP and post some pictures, please try it out for yourself.
