Here are 3 new Articulated Dinosaurs. They're all different sizes, but they are all functional.
Velociraptor - 200 x 100 x 12mm
Ankylosaurus - 165 x 47 x 12mm
Ceratosaurus - 112 x 47 x 10mm
Flexi-Raptor has been printed at 50%, 75%, and 100% scale, and the articulation does still work at all of those sizes. The other two I've only printed at 100% scale.

Notes:
No supports needed. Use 3 perimeters for optimal strength. 10% infill with 5 top and bottom layers works great for me. You can mess with infill and perimeters but balance for standing up may be affected.
