This is a model of the lightsaber used in Star Wars A New Hope.
It has been designed in Fusion 360. There was no need for spray paint as I had both Black and Silver 1.75 PLA filament.
The only dimension some people need to worry about is the height for the Main Section at this is 185mm high.
Instructions for Construction
Several Parts need to be printed more than once. The Power rating bars need to be printed ten times and the bottom section detail needs to be printed seven times.
When all parts are printed, assemble the smaller details first such as the power button to the main section and the bar power bars in to there slots.
Then assemble the three main sections together using the holes at the top and the small sections that stick out at the bottom.
