"Normal" (i.e. standardized) tank car of Russian railways since 1892.
Old-type axlebox is too thin to make a hole for axle in it. So I used small plastic tubes glued at back side of axlebox as axle holder.
You can use axleboxes and axles from http://www.semaker.com/productdetail/18227 also. Many railcars got this new type axleboxes in 1930s.
