The original 3D scan of this famous cultural history piece was by Artec 3D, who was nice enough to provide it under CC-Attribution-Share alike license.
I took the data, did a very small amount of cleanup and surface repair for 3D printing and generated a nice fabrication-ready watertight STL. I just wanted a complicated model to test myself on the various software tools.
The arms are linked with structures below them and the musical instrument is linked to the thigh with polygons and the arm angles slightly adjusted to remove as much need for support as possible.
