Before printing you need to scale it to 1025.78%, so the Y dimension equals 35mm (it was proportional to my costume, yours might be different).
I know the scaling factor is the weirdest of them all - I didn't predict it while modelling it in Blender :).
This detail needs sanding, priming, sanding, priming and more sanding, and in the end painting to achieve the desired smooth look without any layer lines. Just keep calm and sand & prime! ;).
