A remixed GIR unit, the cupcake was removed to make room for the LEDs. There is still room for the tuna, and maybe a sandwich....

The model is hollow to send the wires through the neck and out the back of a foot. A hole in the back of the foot will likely have to be enlarged to pass a wire through.
testing 24v LEDs, they were a bit too bright
Ran the wire, attached the head, and painted on a couple coats of primer
12v LEDs soldered to a wall wart I had lying around.
