I scaled the original model down 60% and added a hole sized to fit a Century Spring Corp. C-582 Utility Compression Spring with dimensions 3/16 x 1-3/8 x .016 in (4.778 x 34.925 x .406 mm).
To get the underside of the head smooth I had to cut it into two pieces and glue them together afterward. I used 15% gyroid infill for the whole thing, though I should have used a higher percentage in the head. It's not heavy enough to bounce very well.
