F-18 Hornet ( was also called a 'Viper' by the pilots of the squadron CVW-14 we CQ'd for the Constellation because the Connie's cats we bad. They won the Battle 'E' on their deployment because they had the first squadron of F-18's even though we kicked their ass during war games off Hawaii ).
A nice plane, but not as flash as the Tomcat, imho.
