Here is my original design for a LEGO Emmet. Designed by me and two classmates for our final design project. Everything was measured before modeled, so each piece fits precisely.
I printed this on my Ender 3 Pro at 200% and had great results, and only required minial forcing and cutting.
includes a body with embossed details, a head, the hips, legs, arms, hands, hair, a wrench, and the Piece of resistsnce from the movie.

Notes:
printing at 200% is the smallest I've tested, and it does faily well, requires some forcing and/or cutting to make fit at this size. Printed at 400% and everything fits perfect.
Steps
The hair and neck hole inside the head may need some filing at 200%. Everything else should fit together with a little push and shove. Happy printing!
Used solid works in my Drafting class, and used calipers to measure a real LEGO minifigure.
