The arms were cut from 1/8" G10 and the rest of the plates were cut from 1/16" G10. The frame was designed around using a 26mm cased fpv camera such as a Runcam Swift or HS1177, the top plate was designed to mount an ET200R VTx or other transmitters with a similar footprint.
You will also need:
4 x 1/4" 4-40 button head screws
4 x 1.5" long 3/16" Hex size 4-40 Aluminum standoffs
12 x 3/8" 4-40 button head screws
8 x 4-40 thin nylon insert locknuts
Assembly is pretty easy simply by looking at the photos.
While installing the FPV cam mount plates into the slots of the center plates take your time since they are a tight fit. Install the hook side of the tab first and push forward as you rock the rest of the tab into the slots. It is best to try this fit before completely assembling the frame.
Note: I've added arms to make a 210mm version that will fit 5" props. Use the "Arm 210" file to make a 210 sized frame and "Arm" to make a 180 size.
