As a followup to our first paintbrush holder, Paintbrush Holder 01, we made another one, similarly titled Paintbrush Holder 02. This one is a bit more bean-shaped, with a small dish at the bottom for... small dish-shaped things (like a texturing sponge, say).
This one again uses 1/2" ID copper tubing (~.625" OD) as support, adds an additional support, and the afore-mentioned small dish. The outer track has 27 slots, the inner track has 6 slots. The support tubes can be used as storage, or filled with sand and epoxied/hot-glued for some additional heft.
It was designed for relatively small paintbrushes (especially those tiny outer-track side holes) but the outer-most inner track will hold a Sharpie with a pocket clip, all holes will fit a pencil, etc. so it can double as a somewhat-niche desk dongle as well.
We had a few questions about the design of this so we did another quick walkthrough of "Pattern on Path" and how to resolve one or two potential "gotchas" on Youtube: https://youtu.be/LWzSgZ69FSQ and the accompanying blog post at https://blog.makersend.com/print-another-paintbrush-holder/.

No
Notes:
Printed with default Method settings. Required a tiny bit of sanding before press-fitting the copper tubes (because we lost our calipers, temporarily, and winged the support diameter). Again a pretty tight fit, but no other processing is needed to get the supports to stay.
