This is a replica of the medallion worn by the members of the International Vampire Council in What We Do in the Shadows (Season 1, Episode 7 - "The Trial").

Filament: Generic PLA White
Use high-build filler primer to fill in any gaps or layer lines.
Put on a base coat of "hammered" black spray paint.
Paint gold details on with a small brush.
You'll need some jump rings and a solid-looking gold chain to complete the medallion (not shown).
Although they never showed a close-up of the medallion, the set designers were kind enough to paint the symbol on the floor, and we got a couple good angles of it with nobody standing on it.
I ran a frame through The GIMP's reverse perspective transform, and the result, while blurry, was good enough to use as the basis for the model.
