Protect ye forest with an Acorn Druid! Was he a dwarf who took becoming 'one with nature' a little too literally? Deep magicks running amok in an ancient grove? That's for you to decide! He could make a fun NPC encounter in any roleplaying game, just get creative with the stats.
He comes scaled at 28mm height, or a Medium creature, but could work well as small if you have a resin printer or a daring soul to print it via FDM!
The first of what I hope will be many original and whimsical sculpts~
This model is BYOB (bring your own base)

Filament: 3D Hero PLA Gray
Notes:
Printed flat-footed with auto-generated supports, everything came off fairly clean.
Simplify 3D users may want to increase the Horizontal Size Compensation by +0.10 or more to help with fine details.
Be careful when removing supports around the staff, it is fragile, but hopefully you should have some glue on hand in case of such incidents.
Sculpted in Blender 2.8's experimental sculpting branch, courtesy of Pablo Dobarro's hard work. Basic components were first modeled traditionally (acorn from an isosphere, limbs from cylinders and spheres, etcetera), then booleaned together, remeshed using the new Voxel Remesher, and sculpted! The model was then reduced in polycount using the Decimate modifier, checked for problems using Blender's built-in 3D Printing tools (Make Manifold is a godsend!) and exported as an STL.
