Summary

This is a mini monster truck I designed after everyone really liked the first one but said it was a bit too big. So this has been designed so that the chassis can be printed in one piece (on my Replicator 2X sized print bed).

It also has an upgraded suspension system which works really well as well as rolling wheels and flexy tyres (made from flexible filament). You can download all the individual parts here if you want to make your own https://www.trinpy.com/models/mini-monster-truck/

Notes:

Tyres were printed in Ninjaflex and the rest of the parts were ABS so the tolerances and springs etc have been optimised for ABS. I haven't printed it with PLA but I'm sure it would work you just may need to tweak the sizes a little bit for good fit. The suspension linkage is printed completely in one piece (except for the springs) to make it very robust.
