This lightsaber is based on the model from the character Master Orgus from Star Wars The Old Republic. The lightsaber is designed to have a 3/4" dowel rod inserted inside to help with stability and weight.
Note, there are two holes, one of the neck and one on the grip collar. These two should line up with each other so the shroud pegs can slot into place.
