I needed a model of the surface pen 4 to use for modeling pen holders and whatever else you would need for the pen. Could not find one to download, so I made one. I only left out 1 detail, the perforations in the front of the pen for the light to blink through. They are super small and do not add, or remove any measurements from the device.
I have also added a few different file types for those who want them, STL, STP, DWG, and IPT. I use autodesk inventor, but with these different file types, you should be able to make modifications to the model if you want to.
