This solution prevent parking climate damper on climate body/housing.
Print body with 100% infill (3 perimeters - not less)
Print base with 100% infill
Take epoxy resin (cold welding - not tested) and pour into body. Then insert base in body and you will get monolithic gear.
Tested on my car. 1 year every day - all okay.
Tooths on gear - not ideal. Perhaps need do more prefessional variant :)

Решение для предотвращения поломок заслонок климата. Шестеренка не дает возможности упереться заслонке в корпус, а сама берет на себя всю нагрузку и вынуждает останавливаться моторчик не доходя до крайних положений 1-2 зубчика.
