I've been looking through my archives and found this model that I put together in SolidWorks all the way back in 2013.
This Dalek model was designed based on the 2005 series Dalek diagrams put together by the good people at www.projectdalek.co.uk. As such, it was designed to be essentially 1:1 scale with the studio prop. This will undoubtedly lead to issues in trying to 3D print it due to the fine details, but I challenge that it can be done.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to SolidWorks anymore, and the full assembly didn't translate into Fusion 360 as well as I had hoped. As you might be able to tell, the glass surrounds for the two dome lamps didn't survive the conversion. Nor did the heads of the carriage head bolts used for detailing on the mid-torso armor plating. I intend to fix some of this in a later update, but for now they're MIA.
I hope you enjoy this model and if you do find a way to print it out, I would very much love to see pictures of it :)

This will likely need to be scaled to something manageable and ought to be cut up into manageable pieces to increase fidelity of some of the smaller features. Good luck!
