The Beechcraft 1900 is a 19-passenger, pressurized twin-engine turboprop fixed-wing aircraft that was manufactured by Beechcraft. It was designed, and is primarily used, as a regional airliner. It is also used as a freight aircraft and corporate transport.
Sadly the turboprop as a mainstream regional carrier has died away in the US. Still popular in the rest of the world, turboprops for some reason obtained a negative stigma in the eyes of the American public, who were more in favor of seemingly more reliable jets. I first saw this aircraft in a flight simulator I downloaded when I was little. I know little else about it's history, only that it was fun to model!
As always, if you see anything right, wrong, or an idea to improve, let me know!

The orthographic three-view I used as the primary reference. This photo was not exactly to scale (hate it when this happens) so I had to do some re-scaling to make the three dimensions align.
The fuselage and major components are drawn. The PT6 engines are imported from my previous Starship and are waiting for remodeling to match the airliner.
Additional details and surfaces added. The engines and propeller are modeled according to the specifics to the aircraft.
Once again, fantastic screenshots by Carenado's version of the B1900 available for Flight Simulator.
