This is the wand of Rufus Scrimgeour, the Minister for Magic later in the Harry Potter series. This is my own model version of the wand, broken into two pieces for easy printing as the wand is very long.

Resolution: High
Infill: 25%
Notes:
The handle piece needs the high resolution and supports due to the center pieces fine and small design features, the neck doesn't need as high a resolution if you don't want it.
Finishing
To smoothen the piece, I like to normally sand down the piece, and then use acetone vapor on the ABS plastic to smoothen it to perfection. Notice I said acetone VAPOR though, as brushing acetone onto the ABS plastic can be very ugly, as using a brush leaves brush strokes on the model.
To paint the piece, paint the center piece a silver-like color (glossy/shiny if you acetoned the model, it looks great like that!). Paint the rest of the model to make it look like dark polished wood.
