Based on A Better Dragon, lot of people didn't manage to print out properly : support breaks, to thin on some area ...
I make a "mix" between tree support and full support ( witch take me a lot of time ), close lot of hole, redo some none conic support. Anyway, job is done now :).
STL with less and smaller tree support. You have to crate some plate to support them ( instruction in "How I Designed This" ) , or download my gcode file ( in "Thin File" section )
You can now print it out in a "reasonable" time AND WITHOUT support break ( witch was the most common problem) : ( Cura time - Real time - comment )
Full support : 15h50 - 32h - impossible to remove support without breaking a part
Tree support : 14h50 - 30h++ - support break ( print failed :( stop before ending )
Plate support & tree support :16h10 - 34h - All is fine ( take your time to remove supports ! )
Enjoy ! :)

How to create plate support for tree support in Cura
1: Main Dragon without support ( but, in Cura select support, chose infill @ 10 % and uncheck support - this is to prepare plate support infill )
2: Create plate of 2mm under large part of tree support ( Z axis already align ) and print them with support ( 1 )
