Re-design of the reworked penguin to work with duel extruder printers (UM3 in my case). The part has been remodeled from scratch with the following modifications:
Narrower body and slightly lower wings (gives a "cute" look)
Feet remove and body rounded
Symmetric eyes
Support only required for wings (no support on nose hole works well for me)
If you scale the print to 60% then I found that it works well to put a bit of 2.85mm filament in the nose! Otherwise you can print the nose separately. It is included in the model for completeness.
Modified so that works better as a character token in a small board game I am working on.
Parts in photo were scaled at 60%, printed at a 0.1mm layer height in cheap PLA on an UM3 which has been misbehaving. Support was only under the wings.
Exported with fine mesh so should scale up well.
