I scaled the piece to be 199.5 mm tall. This one prints nicely now on a UM2+ with extra cooling from the top of the printer to prevent further warping. You could also print it at 200c to reduce warping, but at it might give you poor adhesion on the very small struts, specially the top section.
I'd recommend 210c with extra fan cooling from the top of the printer to prevent warping of all the small struts.
I've altered the fences on the first level so the slicer 'sees' them and now they print properly with a 0.4mm nozzle.
