Toddler tools set - saw, hammer, screwdriver - made for my son.
Saw teeth, hammer head and screwdriver bit are meant to be printed from flexible TPU. I used Ninjaflex Space Grey, it’s soft enough so the tools will not hurt your baby nor damage any surfaces. When printed with more perimeters and with some infill (see bellow), it gives the tools suprisingly good rigidity and weight.
Handles are printed from PLA. All handles are separated into two halves and need to be glued together. Superglue works fine. Use provided pins for better precision. Alternatively you can insert several small bits of fillament into the cavities inside screwdriver and hammer handles for rattling noise.
More info on specific parts:
Hammer head: 3 perimeters, Gyroid infill 15 %
Screwdriver bit: 5 perimeters, infill 30 %, on the very top (last 10 mm) reduced to 2 perimeters to prevent melting of soft material
