This is from the new Netflix version of Voltron: Legendary Defender - http://voltron.wikia.com/wiki/Bayard
Parts are split up for ease of painting - just glue the mirror matched versions (from Mirrored.zip, or mirror in your printing program) of each part together, smooth and paint, then the tabs should allow you to easily fit and glue the pieces together.
I focused on the image of Keith with the Bayard deployed in sword form included in the image list here - it was fairly straight on, and in "deployed mode", which I wanted to match. The others were harder to get a good look at, so colors and file naming match his red color scheme.
After rotating the image so the Bayard and blade were horizontal, I traced vectors in Inkscape, then started extruding, cutting, and sweeping shapes in 123D Design. I added the tabs by creating simple blocks, aligning them to join edges, subtracting them from one side, then rounding edges and merging them with the matching side.
