Summary

'Handy Hooks' provide a quick and easy temporary or permanent hook solution. They are quick and easy prints but need to be printed with extra shells and infill than usual to ensure they are strong and fit for purpose.

'Handy Hooks' do not need to be fixed with screws or adhesives. They simply hook onto walls, doors, shelves, chairs etc. and the one type / size will work over a range of thicknesses making them a very versatile system. Refer to the images for additional explanation.

Make sure you scale your 'Handy Hooks to suit the things you want to hook them onto. The standard scale has an opening of 30mm which should work for most common applications around the home / office / workshop. This will work on doors / shelves / walls / chairs etc. from 5mm to 30mm thick... some doors and walls are thicker so scale up to suit (i.e. 30mm standard size x 1.333 = 40mm if that width is required).

'Handy Hooks' are a very simple but effective design. Very handy to have on hand just in case you need a quick and easy hook solution that works in places and ways that many others don't...

Resolution: Standard / 0.20mm

Infill: 3 Shells / 50% or more infill to make them strong and hold weight well

Notes:

As this is a print for practical purposes use greater wall thickness (3 shells) and infill (50% or more) than usual. This will ensure it is strong enough to function as it should, hold a moderate weight, and last well.

Post-Printing

Just print and they're ready to use....
