A recreation of Durin's Tower on the summit of Zirakzigil from the Lord of the Rings (LOTR) stories. This is what I imagine it would look like. I pulled the summit peak from a topographical (topo) map of Zermatt Switzerland. I specifically chose the Matterhorn peak from the Alps since there is speculation that the Alps, and specifically the Matterhorn, were inspirational landscapes in Tolkien's development of Middle Earth and the Misty Mountains. In the LOTR story, Summit Zirakzigil is located within the Misty Mountains.
This location and tower are important/interesting as this is where Gandalf fights and defeats the Balrog. You can read about that here:

You can read about Tolkien's inspiration from the Alps here:

This can be used as a book end since many of the edges are flat.
The largest flat side also includes a mural of Gandalf's battle against the Balrog by artist Entroz.
The tower has a spiral staircase that I pulled from seechless's Cubify rook.
The low detail version has NO window frame and no gargoyle inside the tower.
