The R-4D attitude control thruster was developed for NASA by the Kaiser Marquardt
Aerojet Rocketdyne company and used in the Apollo Space Program on the Lunar Module and Command Modual for navigation, attitude orientation and docking manouvers and landing.
Updated versions of the R-4D are still used on some satellites.
The model is roughly 1:1 but may be smaller than the actual size. Databsheets show the R-4D length is around 55.41cm (22.8in) and a maximum diameter of 27.94cm (11in), so scale accordingly.
