This is David as he appears in the film "Children of Men". In the film David is privately owned by a wealthy art collector. In the future as our society and species is dying David endures though he is damaged missing his left shin (damaged from what we never know). I like this version of David very much, it proves that great art endures and that even a masterpiece can be saved with a modern approach.
