This is a close representation of Kanan Jarrus' lightsaber from Star Wars Rebels that will be compatible with a lightsaber hilt from Savi's Workshop at the Black Spire Outpost on Batuu.
A remix of CaseStudyno8's awesome Kanan Jarrus' Lightsaber: Scaled, tweaked, and mixed withBrightSuns' Savi's Workshop Base Pieces.

Most parts will need supports 'everywhere'. There are close tolerances (threads, clearances) and overhangs throughout, so a well-tuned printer/slicer will keep your geometry tight. I recommend you have your slicer 'fill gaps' and 'print thin walls' to ensure the thinner features are present and sturdy.
The following will need to be glued before final assembly:
-Five "Grip x5" glued to "Switch back"
-"Grip main" glued to "Switch Front"
-"Emitter knob" glued in the left-most hole near the base of "Emitter"
-"Emitter insert" glued into top of "Emitter"
-"Emitter insert top" glued into top of "Emitter" on top of "Emitter insert"
See BrightSuns' post-printing instructions for assembly of the switch (using the part "Button" in place of BrightSuns' "switch_front_button") and tips for configuring the magnetic actuator correctly.
