The original .OBJ file from Lisagen’s 2001 Moon Bus could not be sliced in Cura.
So in this remix all I did was fix the files using Microsoft 3D-Builder software and save them as .STL files.
How did you fix a corrupt .OBJ file?
• Start Microsoft 3D-builder and open the.OBJ file.
• After opening select “Import” from the top bar.
• 3D-Builder warns that the file has a flaw and offers a repair option.
• Select the repair option and after one minute or so, the file is fixed.
• Save this file as .STL
• Cura can now slice the file.
Problem solved!
