This is from the new Netflix version of Voltron: Legendary Defender - http://voltron.wikia.com/wiki/Bayard
Parts are split up for ease of painting - just glue the mirror matched versionsof each part together, smooth and paint, then the tabs should allow you to easily fit and glue the pieces together.
My printed version (pictured above) is not sanded, painted, or glued together yet.
Printer Brand: Robo 3D
Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model
Rafts: Yes
Supports: Yes
Resolution: 0.1mm
Infill: 20%
Notes:
I printed the blade in glow-in-the-dark ABS, but the rest is printed in various colors of PLA, otherwise settings were identical.
By request, here is Pidge's Bayard, based heavily on my Keith's Bayard over at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1667712 , based on the closest to side-on screenshot I could find for its blade.
As with Keith's, I traced the vectors in Inkscape, then extruded, rounded, and shaped the 3D model in 123D Design.
