I saw the "impossible table", I had just printed a "Skyrim frost dragon", and I thought, it would be cool to put the two ideas together. so here it is.
I printed it on an Anycubic Photon, which is a resin based 3D printer, but there's no reason why it couldn't also be printed on an FDM printer (maybe just scale it up a bit).

I printed the dragon in the face down/wings first orientation so that the spikes wouldn't need supports.

Just thread the string/fishing line through the holes and tie a knot on the other side adjust the tension until it's positioned how you like it.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Anycubic

Printer:

Photon

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

.05mm layers

Infill:

hollow

Filament: Anycubic Gray resin UV cure resin (polyurethane) Gray/Grey

Post-Printing

clean up the support marks, I use an exacto and when I'm done I use a q-tip with uncured resin to wipe up all the areas, then use the dry side to wipe it away until the gloss is gone (this process for resin based printers only).

threading the string/fishing line is not hard. I included STL files without holes so that you can put the holes where you want.

How I Designed This

I took the original "Skyrim frost dragon," and added armatures to it in blender, then I manipulated the limbs to be in the shape I wanted, made a base and bingo. I also smoothed out the print a bit, made it slightly more muscular, sharpened the teeth, and strengthened the wings where the string would attach.
