The standard helmet provided to the infantrymen of the Shinra Electric Power Co.
*IMPORTANT/WARNING/CAUTION***
This is NOT a practical helmet that meets any safety regulations and should only be used for show or cosplay.
****QUICK NOTE BEFORE PRINTING****
You should measure your head circumference and adjust the print size accordingly.
The circumference is originally 2.53 in. Use the formula as provided in the photos to adjust sizing multiplier.
**for example: Calculating the print size for your head
C=2pir
if you have a head circumference (C) of 19 inches, solving for the radius (r) gives r=3in.
Adjust the sizing of the print:
To adjust the sizing from a radius of 2.53in to 3in, use this formula and solve for x:
2.53in*x=3in
x=1.19 (The print size should be around 119 times the normal print size)
Do be aware to leave extra space if you plan to install some padding or a chin strap. For the chin strap, I recommend this one as it most closely resembles the ones in game.
There are contact points to make gluing easier as indicated by the bumps where the helmet makes contact with each part.
Shinra Infantryman Standard Issue Helmet
I made this for those who wanted a badass Shinra Infantryman helmet. It is modeled from the first enemies you meet in the game Final Fantasy VII: Remake.
Since there were no decent versions around and none that I could share with anyone, I took it upon myself to make one for everyone. I hope you enjoy this as this is by no means a replica or 100% exact. It was made with extreme love and care for Final Fantasy VII.
