This is the Cloud Guy from the Trolls Movie. I got inspired by this thing and used this cookie cutteras a guide for the outer shape.

I made several arms and signs. The arms are made to be removed but it's not perfect. You may have to chisel a flat side. The best would be to use PETG for the body as it is best for snap fit things.

Arms
Only one side is provided. You need to print the other one in mirror. All the arms are printed flat and need to be bended with the provided bending tools. Use an air dryer to warm the pieces before bending. PLA is best for this. I supplied some pictures in a ZIP file to help you bend the arms. Some arms are provided in two sizes: regular and long. The long one is often needed for the right arm as it enters at an angle in the body.

Socks
If you plan to print the socks in two colors use the file named accordingly. One foot is a few mm in the air. This way the yellow parts will be equals and you can print both socks at the same time. Obviously some support is required!

Mouth, teeth & eyes
There is two mouth: regular and wide open. The regular goes with the partial teeth and the wide open with the full teeth.
The eyes comes with a separate eyelids.

Body
The body halves are held together with M3x4 screws. Support everywhere is required.

Suggestion: add some white leds inside the body. Better: make them flash like a lightning bolt!
