The back of the frame has a hole where one or more rubber bands or zip ties can be connected together to adjust the tension for comfort. A 1/4 or 3/8 foam weather stripping (from home depot, lowes or walmart) can also be added for those extended wear days.
Holes in the front of the face frame should point down when assembled.
