H.G. Well's Classic Story War of the Worlds. The Handle Machine Designs are based on Henrique Alvim Corrêa's Drawings in 1906. This Is a Fun Model For any Classic War of the Worlds Fan. Some Assembly required. I Found a copy of War of the worlds, and notice that there is even more illustrations in the book then I even knew! Thank god it had the Handling machine, or well the Second handle machine. It looks more like how the book describes it. The Main reason why I think it changed to sphere shape is that it was simple and faster to draw. What I Used:https://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/bpt6k9925304/f5.planchecontact

SIZE: so the Ball is 210mm by 117omm. COLLERJOINT: So there the same one from the Knee Joints of the Tripod Model I made. so yea. The Joint Collars are meant to slide on for look and need a bendy rod for possible movement. And The Inner Diameter of the collars are 10mm LEGS: rods 5mm in diameter. It is shorter than the tripods. Use rods for the legs. The Upper leg is 50mm and lower leg is 65mm long. Also there are pre placed holes were the legs go. Starting Leg: it is on a hinge type thing that can be joined together, use a strong filament as all the wait will be on the hinges and triangle shape. PAINT: The color in the pictures are a paint guide but can be changed to your preferences.
