Not intended as actual perfective equipment.

Majora's mask ppe shield.

I loved the original model, but it was too big and way too big to print.

So I sliced all of the spikes off and made a way to reattach them. I made a chart, but you can't really get it wrong. They are unique enough positions it will look obviously wrong. You might need a little sanding to the bands next to the spikes to get them to fit in there. As shown, my spikes are not glued on they fit so well, but you should glue on before painting or wearing outside.

I measured my face and scaled it down to fit and now it fits on a regular 200x200 printer. I uploaded it as a complete thing, and as just the mask and just the spikes.

The mask is oriented to minimize supports. Use a brim to make sure the supports don't move during printing.

I suggest Cura Tree supports. I used 3 layer thick walls and 10% infill to keep it strong enough but also light enough.

There is no way modeled into this to hold it on and of course you'll want some kind of fabric behind the holes to actually filter whats coming in. I suggest gluing straps behind the top spike where the mask sticks out a bit more

SIZING: I've got a big head (I wear XXL hats). It fits my face well at it's current size. I roughly measured cheek to cheek right in front of the ears at measured at 6"(152mm). I gave it a little extra space for fudging and fabric padding and ended up with 160mm inside space as shown in the picture. You'll want to do the same kind of rough scaling down to your face size. Scale the whole thing the same so if you're printing the separates, scale the spikes the same amount as the mask.

If you get pretty small child size faces, the spike attachment method might need a little help with some sanding.
