Solid model is as it says, just a solid model. The otherfiles are for a more complex clam-shell with a removable magazine and space for some LEDs. The files with the prefix RH are for the Right Hand version and LH is for the Left Hand. One complete CAD needs a receiver_right, receiver_left, barrel_right, barrel_left, magazine_right, magazine_left, trigger, and magazine_catch. Eg. if you want a right-handed CAD print all the files with RH, barrel_left, barrel_right and trigger
