I found out that the models were all separate objects and wouldn't slice properly. I brought it into Zbrush, Dynamesh'd it, decimated the topology to maintain it's original quality, now it slices much more quickly.
I recommend 0.06 for layer height for best quality.

Lower than normal layer height will make a better print on this one. Normally I don't go much lower than 0.12.
