This is a redesign of part number BM51-A31066-A from a Ford Galaxy, I redesigned this after the original ones kept snapping on the T pins. This design has much thicker T pins which are therefore much stronger. There is no issue with the pins sticking out further because the area they lock into is hollow.
When Printing: I originally printed these with the flat side to the bed, however, the surface finish of the side you can see when installed in the car was not nice. So, I recommend when printing these clamps, print them with the T pins facing down. This will result in much more support material however that will just break away and the surface result will be worth it.
