The empenage section had issues of being open in some spots and sorta broken in another.
I tried to just close up those patches on blender. Didn't (rather still don't know how to) add the features (like the patterns) or mirror them from the other side.
Prints just fine now. The loss of detail is mildly noticeable if you are looking for it.
Also, print at >105% scale to keep the wings from warping and making sure they're sturdy enough.
