The model is drawn in 1/32 scale. The pictures show a model printed in1/32. For
LGB-gauge it can be printed enlarged with factor 1.33. This will give a scale of
1/24 and can be used with 4mm axles. If the model is printed with another
scale-factor the axles and rims must be drilled according to the size of the
axles.
3mm metal axles (4mm if scaled to LGB-size)
1 mm hard wire to make additional control-levers
The model is printed in usual PLA. The tires are printed in TPU.
The parts are separated according to colours used at the original. If you don't want to spray the parts, also filament in dark-blue and orange can be used.
The model can be made with moving cylinders or with static cylinders to hold the
mast. The movable cylinders are a little bit difficult to print, so if in doubt
about the capabilities of your printer, use the static version (bright blue in the exploded view).
The parts of the body should be glued.
The mast is designed to be movable. The parts of the mast and the fork can be just stuck together.
The fork-parts should be inserted at the centre of the holder and pushed to the side.
The rear axle should be inserted ~15° tilted. It will self-lock in horizontal position.
