This model based on the unused Pistol used by Thomas Kane(John Hurt) right before the infamous scene where he gets face raped by a spider thing(facehugger scene for the uninclined). For Star Wars fans, you may recognize this pistol as the iconic SE-14 pistol. This one was made for the film, and was cut from the theatrical cut, but the Directors cut added its 4 seconds of screen time back in.
All of the files were uploaded oriented in their preferred positions. In order to keep the accuracy on some pieces, some of them might be hard to print on an FDM printer. However, I will be testing these with a smaller diameter nozzle so we will see. The Holes on the top screw mount are meant for bolts that can be found at any hardware store. Seeing as how I just finished this model, I do not know the correct bolt as of yet, but when I do I will update this.
