[Updated] Added support for exposition, since it doesn't stand on his own, also updated the submarine body, since it had the propeller attached. I't better to print it separately and then glue it together.

How I Designed This
I could only find a crappy model made on Sketch-up. It wasn't optimized for 3d printing, so I started from scratch and designed my own, relying on publicly available pictures. I traced the contours and profiles i needed with Inkscape and imported them into OpenSCAD.
