This is a 144th Scale Model of the International Space Station.
In Fact, it is a 58 piece Jigsaw for the Blind, with most of the parts brailled.

The entire printing time for the ISS-Saw is around 120 hours, and then there is the assembly time on top.
Many of the modules are held together with magnets, and (ideally), some of the modules contain embedded magnets (Zarya, Zvezda and Destiny). Aside from the magnets, some superglue is also required.
The ISS in most parts is a white/grey in colour, apart from the radiators and solar panels, so a multi-colour print is recommended.
